QingHua Chinese School recognizes that unforeseen family or financial circumstances may necessitate the withdrawal of students from classes on short notice. To address such situations while considering the school’s fixed financial obligations, including the annual rental of classroom facilities, we have established the following refund policy.

Refund Policy

• Once a student has commenced and attended lessons for a term (or following the completion of any trial period), the tuition fee for that term is non-refundable.
• For students who have paid the full annual tuition fee at the start of the academic year, any refund for unattended terms will be calculated as follows:
  Refund (£) = Annual tuition fee paid - Attended term(s) fee
• Please note that fees for books and/or past papers are strictly non-refundable.

This policy has been carefully designed to balance the financial commitments of the school with the circumstances of our families. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
